The binding is cream color and double folded, machine sewn to the front and delicately hand sewn to the rear. Quilting is a meandering design with cream color thread quilted on Gammill long arm machine. Batting is warm and natural low loft cotton, warm but lightwight, and stores in small space. This would be a perfect gift for a shut-in who needs a light weight cover while in a wheel-chair or sitting for long period of time. Machine wash and dry on low heat.
